Lip Augmentation Weymouth Aesthetics clinic

Lip filler Signature style. Tailored to you.

Lip fillers remain one of my most requested treatments, and for good reason — when done carefully and professionally, they can enhance your natural shape and restore lost volume without looking overdone.

At Weymouth Aesthetics Clinic, I offer lip enhancements in my signature lip style, designed to create a soft, balanced look that suits your unique facial features. Whether you’re after a subtle boost or more noticeable volume, we’ll tailor your treatment to suit your goals and preferences.

Lips by Cannula is an advanced lip filler technique designed to enhance the lips gently and naturally - trained by Dr Richard Devine

Using a blunt-tipped cannula rather than a traditional needle allows for smoother product placement with reduced bruising, swelling, and downtime. This approach is ideal for achieving subtle volume, improved lip shape, and restored definition while maintaining natural movement and balance. At Weymouth Aesthetics Clinic, all lips by cannula treatments are medically led and tailored to your individual facial anatomy following a full consultation, ensuring safe, natural-looking results that enhance rather than overpower.

Signature and Russian

Russian Style Lip Filler

Russian style lip filler enhances lip height and definition using a precise vertical technique, with particular focus on the cupid’s bow. This approach creates a lifted, sculpted shape while keeping forward projection minimal, resulting in a flatter side profile. Best suited to clients seeking defined structure rather than volume-heavy lips.

Signature Lip Filler

Signature lip filler is a bespoke approach to natural lip enhancement, designed around your individual lip anatomy and facial balance. Treatment focuses on soft volume, improved shape and hydration, delivering subtle, well-balanced results without over-definition or exaggeration. Ideal for clients wanting natural-looking enhancement.

Lip Filler: Before & Aftercare

Helping you prepare — and heal — beautifully.

Before Your Treatment

To get the best results and reduce your risk of bruising or swelling, here’s how to prepare:

  • Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, and blood-thinning supplements (like fish oil, Vitamin E, or garlic) for 24–48 hours beforehand, unless prescribed.

  • Try to stay well-hydrated and well-rested.

  • Don’t book your appointment just before a big event — allow time for swelling or minor bruising to settle.

  • Let me know if you’ve had cold sores in the past. Lip filler can sometimes trigger an outbreak, so I may recommend an antiviral if needed.

  • Eat something light before your appointment to avoid feeling faint (especially if you're nervous!).

After Your Treatment

Following these steps helps with healing and enhances your results:

  • Do not touch or massage your lips unless I advise you to — swelling and tenderness are normal for a few days.

  • Avoid alcohol, makeup, heavy exercise, and extreme temperatures (hot baths, saunas, sunbeds) for 24–48 hours.

  • Use a cold compress (wrapped in a clean cloth) to reduce swelling if needed.

  • Stay well-hydrated and avoid salty foods for the first day or so.

  • No kissing or dental treatments for at least 24–48 hours.

  • Minor bruising or lumps can occur — this is normal and often settles within a week. Let me know if you’re unsure about anything.

If You’re Worried

Your safety and comfort are always my priority. If you’re ever unsure about something or feel concerned after treatment, just get in touch. I’d always rather you ask!
