Let’s Talk LIPS: Filler, Lumi Pro & Lip Flips Explained
Beautiful Lips at Weymouth Aesthetics Clinic
Lips are one of the most requested areas I treat at Weymouth Aesthetics — and it’s no surprise why. A refreshed, hydrated, or naturally enhanced lip can completely lift the face, soften expression, and boost confidence without needing anything drastic.
But not all lip treatments are about volume.
In fact, more and more of my clients — especially those balancing busy lives — are asking for natural, low-maintenance, and subtle treatments that still make a visible difference. In this blog, I’ll explain the three lip treatments I currently offer — who they’re suited for, what they involve, and how to choose the right option for you.
💉 1. Lip Filler
For shape, definition & volume
Lip filler is what most people think of first — but what many don’t realise is how bespoke and natural-looking it can be when done well.
At Weymouth Aesthetics, I use hyaluronic acid-based fillers to:
Add soft volume
Correct asymmetry
Define the lip border
Restore lips that have thinned with age
This isn’t about creating oversized or artificial lips. I use a subtle, structured technique tailored to your anatomy and goals — whether you’re after a gentle boost or a more noticeable enhancement.
Common choices:
0.5ml for a soft, subtle change (£150)
1ml for more noticeable volume (£180)
We always begin with a consultation to assess your lip shape, proportions, and skin quality before deciding together what will look most natural for you.

💧 2. Lumi Pro Lips
For hydration, smoothness & skin health
This is not a filler — but it is a game-changer if your lips are:
Dry or cracked
Losing plumpness or elasticity
Lacking definition but you don’t want volume
Lumi Pro Lips is a skin booster specifically developed for the lips. It uses polynucleotides to deeply hydrate and regenerate the skin from within, improving lip texture, softness, and natural volume without any 'filler' effect.
Over a course of treatments (usually 2–3), you’ll notice lips that look fresher, healthier, and more defined — but still entirely you.
Perfect for:
Lip filler beginners
Those who want a low-commitment hydration boost
Anyone who already has filler and wants to maintain skin quality
Cost: £75
Duration: Approx 2 months
Downtime: Minimal (some may notice mild swelling or bruising)
3. Lip Flip
For lift, a subtle curve & softening lines
A lip flip is a clever anti-wrinkle injection placed just above the top lip. It gently relaxes the muscle that pulls the upper lip inward, causing it to slightly flip outwards — giving the illusion of a fuller upper lip without adding volume.
It’s quick, subtle, and suits those who:
Want more visible lip when smiling
Feel their top lip “disappears” when they talk or laugh
Don’t want filler but would like a little lift
Have fine lines or downward pull around the mouth
Cost: £120
Duration: 2–4 months
Downtime: Minimal (some may notice mild swelling or bruising)
It pairs beautifully with Lumi Pro or filler for a more complete result, especially if your goal is balance without exaggeration.
